Ways to Give
La Mesa loves God’s people in a variety of ways. Every Tuesday and Thursday, we provide a meal, clothing, hygiene items, bus passes, and a worship service. Our goal is to feed the homeless and working poor both physically and spiritually.
The Mobile Loaves food truck hits the streets of Mesa and Tempe to provide food, clothing, hygiene products and other life-sustaining items to our homeless neighbors. The Resource Center connects those seeking help to resources, assisting in many different ways.

You can support La Mesa by selecting La Mesa as your Fry’s Community Rewards partner. Your normal spending generates money for La Mesa at no cost to you!
To Use the Fry’s Community Rewards Program simply visit https://www.frysfood.com/i/community/community-rewards. Once logged into your Fry’s account search for Christ Greenfield Church – La Mesa LLC either by name or CJ343 and then click Enroll. New users will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address and a rewards card.

Thrivent has a few different ways you can support La Mesa! One way is to direct your Choice Dollars to La Mesa. Thrivent Choice® gives members a voice in where Thrivent distributes millions in charitable funding each year. Anyone can make fee-free donations through our online giving platform.
You can also do a Thrivent Action Team project for La Mesa. There are so many possibilities! If you need a little inspiration on what might help, see below for ideas.
You can also donate the shirts that you receive with them to La Mesa. The community loves those shirts!

We have an Amazon Wish List of items that we give out to the homeless and working poor. Items purchased from the Wish List are given out at La Mesa on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and also on the Mobile Loaves Food Truck that goes into the community on Mondays and Fridays.

We consistently are in need of donated food, water, coffee, clothing (especially means clothing), socks, shoes, personal care items, blankets, sleeping bags, tarps, and backpacks.
Arizona Tax Credit
The Arizona Tax Credit is for individuals who file Arizona Personal Income Tax Returns. If you make a contribution to a Qualifying Charitable Organizations (QCO) you may claim a dollar for dollar tax credit. The maximum credit allowed is $1009 for married filing jointly and $506 for single, heads of household, and married filing separately. Please consult your tax adviser for detailed information about how this tax credit may apply to your tax situation.

La Mesa Ministries will consider donor recommendations, but in no event can the ministry guarantee the recommendations. Donations and gifts are considered to be non-refundable. In the event that La Mesa Ministries receives more gifts than what is needed to satisfy the recommended expenditure, we shall have the discretion to reallocate surplus funds for use in other ministry activities.
